QUICK RECIPES utilizing Soluppa Soup Blends:
 
 
Wild Rice & Mushroom Dressing
An excellent choice for the holidays
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 jar (750ml) Soluppa Wild Rice Mushroom Soup
• 7 oz Dry bread cubes or unseasoned dressing mix
• 2 Tbls Butter or butter substitute
•3/4 cup Water                              

Salt and Pepper to taste                                
DIRECTIONS:
•Place bread cubes in large bowl and stir in 1 jar Soluppa Wild Rice Mushroom Soup& water
• Toss to fully coat
• Season to taste with salt and pepper
• Place dressing in shallow baking dish
• Place small pieces of butter or butter substitute on top of dressing
• Place in 350 deg oven and cook until golden brown ( aprox 30- 45 minutes)
 
Note; Never cook any dressing inside the cavity of poultry, this can cause serious food related illness


Ultimate Penne Pasta
Elegant pasta for a special occasion or even a perfect family meal

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 jar (750ml) Soluppa Tomato Basil Soup
• 1 lb Cooked Penne Pasta
• 2 Tbl Extra Virgin olive oil
•3/4 cup Gorgonzola Cheese- crumbled
• 1 cup Tomato Basil Salsa :
2 each Tomatoes- large ripe, diced
1 tsp Fresh basil – julienne
1 Tbl Extra Virgin olive oil
2 Tbl Balsamic Vinegar
¼ cup Gorgonzola Cheese- crumbled
DIRECTIONS:
•Toss Salsa ingredients together and place in refrigerator 1 hour
• Cook and drain Penne Pasta – toss with Extra Virgin olive oil
• Heat Soluppa Tomato Basil Soup until hot- slowly stir in crumbled gorgonzola
• Pour sauce over warm pasta and garnish with chilled Tomato Basil Salsa

 

 

Apricot Lentil Cous Cous with Currents & Curry


DIRECTIONS:
• Bring Soluppa Apricot Lentil Soup, Currents & Water to a simmer
• Adds Cous Cous and stir gently
• Cook under gentle heat until Cous Cous is soft
• Season With Salt, Pepper & Curry to taste

 

Roasted Veggie Rice Pilaf 

A wonderful side dish for any occasion

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 jar (750ml) Soluppa Roasted Vegetable Soup
• ¾ cup  White rice (uncooked)
• 1 cup Vegetable stock (or water)
 Salt and Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
•Place Soluppa Roasted Vegetable Soup, rice and water in shallow baking dish & cover with foil
• Place in preheated 350 deg oven 30-40 min. until fully cooked
• Season to taste with salt and pepper
Add any grilled meat or veggies to create a great meal!
